Blast off into space and shoot things!

There's no complex storyline - if you really need one, just pretend this is a space robot invasion from the planet Qwerty or something - and nothing else like smart bombs or power-ups to worry about. You only get three colour coded lives, but there's infinite ammunition so hold the button down and dodge like your virtual life depended on it... because it does!

Super Hyperzap (and the game it was built upon, Hyperzap 2018) was written in a couple of days as a practical demonstration of hardware-based sprite collision on the C64. The source code for this game can be viewed at Github
